Patch notes:
- fixed issue with collection range of PowerCells being infinite
- Upgrading range at a terminal now costs your current range + 1
- updated the chat look
- fixed issue with overflow power not being directed to nearby PowerCells
- Added a zoom feature using the scroll wheel
- players can no longer be logged in on two separate clients
